Shipping Policy

United States

• Free standard shipping on all orders, delivered in 3–4 business days.
• Faster USPS Priority Mail is available at checkout, with the rate calculated there.
• Some orders are fulfilled by Amazon on our behalf. This includes Buy with Prime orders, which get Prime delivery.

Europe

• Free shipping to all European countries we deliver to. Orders ship from our European warehouse in Austria, so there are no customs fees within the EU.

Rest of the world

• We ship with USPS International. The rate is calculated at checkout.
• Import duties and taxes may apply in your country. They are not included in the price and are paid by the recipient.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also track your parcel on our tracking page.

If your order hasn't arrived or arrives damaged, email info@lid-o.com with your order number, and we'll sort it out.

Europa

• Kostenloser Versand in alle von uns belieferten europäischen Länder. Der Versand erfolgt aus unserem Lager in Österreich, innerhalb der EU fallen daher keine Zollgebühren an.

USA

• Kostenloser Standardversand (3–4 Werktage); USPS Priority Mail gegen Aufpreis wählbar. Ein Teil der Bestellungen wird über Amazon versendet (inkl. Buy with Prime).

Übrige Länder

• Versand mit USPS International. Die Kosten werden im Checkout berechnet. Eventuelle Einfuhrabgaben und Steuern trägt der Empfänger.
