Privacy Policy
This policy explains how CREATIVENORM, LLC. ("LID-O", "we", "us") handles your personal data when you visit lid-o.com, buy from us, or contact us. We only collect what we need to run our shop, and we never sell your personal data.
1. Who is responsible

2. What data we collect
- Orders: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if provided), the products you order, and payment status. Card and wallet details are processed by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Customer account (if you create one): your login email and order history.
- Contact and wholesale forms, emails: the details you send us and our correspondence.
- Newsletter (only if you sign up): your email address and whether you open or click our emails.
- Website usage: technical data such as IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, and referring site. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).
- Affiliate referrals: if you arrive through a partner's link, we store a referral ID so that the partner can be credited for your purchase.
3. Why we use it (and legal basis under the GDPR)
- To process, ship, and support your order, and to handle returns. This is necessary to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- To keep tax and accounting records, as required by law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- To keep the shop secure, prevent fraud, and understand in aggregate how the site is used. This is based on our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- To send you our newsletter, and to use marketing and advertising cookies, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
4. Who we share it with
We share data only with service providers that help us run the shop, and only as far as they need it:
- Shopify (online store, checkout, hosting, customer accounts, email newsletter). For customers in the EU/EEA, the contracting entity is Shopify International Ltd., Ireland. Shopify's privacy policy is at shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Payment providers: Shopify Payments, PayPal, and Amazon Pay / Buy with Prime, depending on the method you choose.
- Fulfilment and shipping: Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and the carrier delivering your parcel. They receive your name and address.
- Shipment tracking: 17TRACK, if you use our order-tracking page.
- Affiliate program: GoAffPro, which tracks referrals from partner links.
- Email: Google Workspace, which we use for our business email.
- Authorities and advisors: tax authorities, accountants, and lawyers, where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are a US company, and some of our service providers are located in the US. When personal data from the EU/EEA is transferred to the US, it is protected either by the provider's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
6. Cookies
Our site uses strictly necessary cookies, for example for the cart, checkout, and security. These are used without consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set if you agree in our cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time in the cookie settings or in your browser.
7. How long we keep data
We keep order and invoice data for as long as tax and commercial law requires, generally up to 10 years. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. All other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. If you live in the EU/EEA, you can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you live in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have similar rights to know about, delete, and correct your data, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your data. We do not sell personal data.

9. Children
Our shop is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy when our shop or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page.

Diese Erklärung beschreibt, wie die CREATIVENORM, LLC. („LID-O", „wir") deine personenbezogenen Daten verarbeitet, wenn du lid-o.com besuchst, bei uns bestellst oder uns kontaktierst. Wir erheben nur, was wir für unseren Shop brauchen, und verkaufen deine Daten niemals.

2. Welche Daten wir verarbeiten
- Bestellungen: Name, Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse, E-Mail, ggf. Telefonnummer, bestellte Produkte und Zahlungsstatus. Karten- und Wallet-Daten verarbeiten unsere Zahlungsanbieter; wir sehen oder speichern keine vollständigen Kartennummern.
- Kundenkonto (falls angelegt): Login-E-Mail und Bestellhistorie.
- Kontakt-/Großhandelsformular und E-Mails: deine Angaben und unsere Korrespondenz.
- Newsletter (nur nach Anmeldung): E-Mail-Adresse sowie Öffnungen und Klicks.
- Websitenutzung: technische Daten wie IP-Adresse, Browser, Gerät, aufgerufene Seiten und verweisende Website. Diese Daten werden über Cookies und ähnliche Technologien erhoben (siehe Punkt 6).
- Partner-Empfehlungen: Kommst du über einen Partnerlink, speichern wir eine Referenz-ID, damit dem Partner der Kauf zugeordnet werden kann.
3. Zwecke und Rechtsgrundlagen (DSGVO)
- Abwicklung, Versand und Support deiner Bestellung sowie Retouren: Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
- Steuerliche und buchhalterische Aufbewahrung: gesetzliche Pflicht (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. c DSGVO).
- Sicherheit, Betrugsprävention und aggregierte Auswertung der Websitenutzung: berechtigtes Interesse (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
- Newsletter sowie Marketing- und Werbe-Cookies: nur mit deiner Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO), jederzeit widerrufbar.
4. Empfänger
Wir geben Daten nur an Dienstleister weiter, die uns beim Betrieb des Shops unterstützen, und nur soweit erforderlich:
- Shopify (Onlineshop, Checkout, Hosting, Kundenkonten, Newsletter). Vertragspartner für Kunden in der EU/im EWR ist die Shopify International Ltd., Irland. Datenschutzhinweise: shopify.com/legal/privacy.
- Zahlungsanbieter: Shopify Payments, PayPal sowie Amazon Pay / Buy with Prime, je nach gewählter Zahlungsart.
- Versand und Fulfillment: Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment und der zustellende Paketdienst. Beide erhalten Name und Adresse.
- Sendungsverfolgung: 17TRACK, wenn du unsere Tracking-Seite nutzt.
- Partnerprogramm: GoAffPro, zur Zuordnung von Empfehlungen über Partnerlinks.
- E-Mail: Google Workspace für unsere geschäftliche Kommunikation.
- Behörden und Berater: Finanzbehörden, Steuerberater und Anwälte, soweit gesetzlich erforderlich.
5. Übermittlung in die USA
Wir sind ein US-Unternehmen; auch einige unserer Dienstleister sitzen in den USA. Werden Daten aus der EU/dem EWR in die USA übermittelt, sind sie entweder durch die Zertifizierung des Empfängers nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework oder durch EU-Standardvertragsklauseln abgesichert.
6. Cookies
Wir setzen technisch notwendige Cookies ein, z. B. für Warenkorb, Checkout und Sicherheit. Diese werden ohne Einwilligung verwendet. Analyse- und Marketing-Cookies setzen wir nur, wenn du im Cookie-Banner zustimmst. Deine Auswahl kannst du jederzeit in den Cookie-Einstellungen oder in deinem Browser ändern.
7. Speicherdauer
Bestell- und Rechnungsdaten bewahren wir so lange auf, wie es steuer- und handelsrechtlich vorgeschrieben ist, in der Regel bis zu 10 Jahre. Korrespondenz speichern wir, solange sie zur Bearbeitung deines Anliegens nötig ist, Newsletter-Daten bis zur Abmeldung. Alle übrigen Daten löschen wir, sobald sie nicht mehr benötigt werden.
8. Deine Rechte
Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Erteilte Einwilligungen kannst du jederzeit widerrufen. Außerdem kannst du dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde beschweren, z. B. in Österreich bei der Datenschutzbehörde (dsb.gv.at) oder in Deutschland bei der Behörde deines Bundeslandes.

9. Kinder
Unser Shop richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 16 Jahren; wir erheben wissentlich keine Daten von ihnen.
10. Änderungen
Wir passen diese Erklärung an, wenn sich unser Shop oder die Rechtslage ändert. Es gilt jeweils die hier veröffentlichte Fassung.
